Key points of interest in Budget 2019:-

 

  • Inheritance Tax threshold has been raised by €10,000.00 for children to €320,000.00

 

  • Young Trained Farmer Stamp Duty Relief has been extended for a further 3 years to 31st December 2021

 

  • 100% of mortgage interest repayments can be written off against rental profits by Landlords.
