McMahon & Williams Solicitors have many years of experience in dealing with an array of District Court matters.  As long standing members of the Legal Aid Panel, we represent eligible clients charged with crimes under the Free Legal Aid Scheme and can assist with applications for legal aid.  Gearoid Williams and Sinead Kenny, the Partners of the Firm, are members of the Criminal Legal Aid Panel and regularly attend the courts.   We are present at every District Court sitting in Kilrush.  Sinead Kenny also represents clients in family law matters.
