Wills, Probate and Estate Planning

  • Establishing Will Trusts (including those for minors and dependent relatives with ongoing specific needs) and advising trustees in relation to the management of same & any consequent tax-related issues
  • Legal advice and assistance in relation to deeds of family arrangements where consenting beneficiaries of an estate wish to vary a deceased’s Will
  • proving or challenging the validity of Wills, Trusts or other estate planning documents;
